Past H4 Events
“H4: Hip-Hop Has History” is an event that brings dance to the community while also teaching the history of the Hip-Hop culture. In addition to urban art (including turntablism, mural art, spoken word) and movement classes, the program features discussion panels with notable pioneers of urban dance lecturing and conducting Q&A sessions regarding the
development of the Hip-Hop cultural movement. Held at the beginning of each year, the event attracts participants from areas throughout Southern California.
